Privacy
Privacy notice.
This notice explains how the Kaldium public website handles analytics, contact and preview request submissions, and public research resources.
Last updated August 17, 2026
Information we collect
If you use the contact or private preview request form, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, organization, interest category, role or perspective, website or portfolio link, follow-up interest, preview acknowledgement, and reason for requesting access. We also use basic anti-spam signals such as a hidden form field and elapsed submission time.
The site uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage. Analytics may collect standard web metadata such as pages viewed, browser/device information, approximate location, and referral source. Do not send confidential or sensitive information through public website forms.
If you complete the embedded Kaldium research survey, Google Forms collects the responses and other information described within that survey on Kaldium's behalf. The Google Forms frame loads only after you choose to open it. At that point, Google may receive standard browser and device information, IP address, service cookies, and Google Account context if you are signed in. Kaldium does not automatically receive your Google Account identity unless the form explicitly asks for information that you choose to provide.
How we use information
We use contact and private preview request submissions to respond to messages, research participation interest, partnership inquiries, early access requests, and manually reviewed private preview access requests. We use analytics to understand whether the public website is useful and working as intended.
Service providers
We use trusted third-party service providers for website hosting, security, email delivery, and related website operations. We also use Google Analytics to understand aggregate website usage. The public site embeds Google Forms for the Kaldium research survey. Private preview access is delivered through Kaldium's secured, AWS-hosted preview service. These providers may process information only as needed to support the website and services described in this notice.
Retention and deletion
Contact form messages are delivered by email and may be retained as part of normal business correspondence. Operational logs may be retained for security, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention. Survey responses, including optional follow-up contact details, are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for Kaldium's research and related follow-up, then deleted or de-identified when they are no longer needed. To request deletion or ask a privacy question, contact contact@kaldium.com.
Changes
We may update this notice as the website and Kaldium research activities evolve. The updated date will reflect material changes.
